At G’POSSE, we prioritize your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our grooming products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid order receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Products purchased via Amazon must be returned through the Amazon return process.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, opened, or tampered products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accident.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@gposse.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team.
  3. Carefully pack the product in its original condition.
  4. Courier it to the address provided by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • If paid via Amazon, refunds are handled directly through the Amazon platform in accordance with their refund timelines.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Delays caused by shipping partners or incorrect delivery address.
  • Natural variations in handmade or natural ingredient-based products.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return process after receiving the order.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds are subject to quality checks upon return.
  • Products returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
  • G’POSSE reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if the product does not meet the return conditions.
